What to Prepare:

2. If you're sensitive to cold, get a jacket, shawl, or blanket to stay warm.

Arriving Time:

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in and ensure a prompt start.

 

Important Reminder:

1. If you plan to eat before the class, recommended to choose light food.

2. If possible, avoid alcohol and cigarettes before the class to fully benefit from the breathwork experience.
