Refund policy

At YOUnergy Lotus, every session and program is created with care and intention to support your journey of transformation, healing, and self-discovery. We value the energetic exchange between us and aim to provide a transparent and respectful experience for all clients.

 

1. Service Nature

All YOUnergy Lotus offerings, including private sessions, breathwork classes, consultations, retreats, and online programs are intangible services focused on personal growth and energetic alignment. As such, results may vary for each individual depending on openness, participation, and readiness to receive.



2. Refund Policy

Because our work involves time, preparation, and energetic commitment:

  • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • However, you may reschedule your session (see Section 3) if needed.
  • In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal crises), partial refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.


 

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance of your booked session, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • For workshops, and group events transfers may be available if notice is given at least 7 days before the event date.
  • For retreats transfers may be available if notice is given at least 21 days before the event date.


 

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session is considered completed and no refund or reschedule will be offered.



5. Energy Exchange Integrity

We trust that all clients enter this work with integrity and mutual respect. Each session involves not only time but also energetic preparation. Please honour the space and energy created for you by showing up on time and with an open heart.
