11.11 A Tension Day
Share
When life piles up and you can’t seem to breathe, what do you usually do - rush, avoid, or pause to face it?
There was tension in me on 11.11.
When so much was happening at once, I felt suffocated, like I couldn’t breathe. My mind kept pushing me to complete everything quickly, afraid that if I didn’t finish, something would go wrong.
I just wanted to finish what was not finished yet but it didn’t happen the way I hoped.
Instead of pushing harder, I reminded myself to focus on one thing at a time.
And when I did that, something shifted.
The flow returned.
By 8 p.m., I had completed everything I set out to do one by one, with calm and presence.
That felt like a miracle.
Throughout the day, I also noticed how easily I got triggered. Yet what truly helped wasn’t thinking or avoiding but it was taking action.
Once I decided to face what came up and deal with the facts, things turned out positively. Misunderstandings were cleared when I spoke honestly and truthfully, and communication with my customer became honest and open.
I did this a few times throughout the day.
I’m thankful for the chances that showed up and for my courage to face them.
Even though I felt drained as my mind still running wild with leftover emotions and drama, my actions brought me peace. Because action brought real outcomes, not the trap of being stuck in the mind.
Action brings peace.
Action brings clarity.
Bonus
I’m grateful that things happened for me.
Even though it was a tense day, everything was resolved.
Thank you for having me covered with the photo (usually no photo taking), and for giving me the chance to face conflicts I usually don’t like.
Thank you.
